David Donaldson is an Indiana native with mid-west roots - David solidified the choice of calling South Florida Home after trading snow shovels for sunshine and ice scrapers for sweet iced tea.

After a successful career in the military, including living from coast to coast and across the world for 20 years with his wife Carey and four children - in 2023 David had a tremendously successful year being recognized as one of the Rising Stars at Florida Executive as well as completing 18 transactions totaling over$4.8 million in volume.

Davd has extensive knowledge of the military PCS experience and the range of emotions upon receipt of new orders from excitement to overwhelming. As a member of U.S. Military on the Move - a rebate program which offers cash back to qualifying clients at closing, David has been able to help many Active Duty and Veterans receive benefits to close.

David's motto of earning your TRUST FIRST, business second approach has been readily apparent with each client he works with. The same leadership principes and core values installed in 20+ years of Military Service have transferred into the foundation of him as a Real Estate Professional and now Team Leader at the Donaldson-Redner Team.

Danielle Redner is a 4th Generation Florida native with deep roots here in the Tampa Bay area. Danielle has solidified herself as an incredible Realtor and Real Estate Professional being recognized by Florida Executive Realty winning numerous accolades including Agent of the Year in 2023!

With over 20 years in sales before becoming a licensed agent, Danielle's previous venture centered around sharing and making memories at the dinner table - now she works alongside her clients in finding the perfect place to call home.

Her hardworking and attention to detail work ethic are ever apparent in working with each of her clients and are on full display winning Raving Fan Awards at the Brokerage. Danielle quickly earned the trust and respect of her clients, colleagues, and associates through Florida Executive and now in 2024 will be carving a new path in helping Realtors and Real Estate Professionals as a Team Leader and Founding Member of the Donaldson-Redner Team.
