I can't believe there is a better agent in the entire state of Florida than Dave. Dave approaches his job as an agent as if he were planning a military exercise! He had answers to questions we didn't know we had! Dave handled all aspects of our relocation with confidence and compassion. This was really evident when the purchase agreement had to be renegotiated several times. My wife Donna and I were literally dealing with some nut jobs buying our home in South Carolina which affected our purchasing agreement here.
